Dr. Stephen C. Brewer
MD, ABFM, Medical Director
Dr. Brewer has served as Medical Director of Canyon Ranch Tucson for nearly two decades. He specializes in family medicine, integrative medicine, preventative medicine, and men’s health. Over the years, he has led numerous presentations on Health & Performance topics including brain health, integrative medicine, preventive medicine, men’s health, medical weight loss, peak performance, and health in moderation.
Robbie Bogard
MA, LICSW, Mental Health & Welness Therapist
Robbie is a seasoned therapist of 30 years, with specialties in trauma recovery, women’s issues, stress management, mindfulness, and food relationships. She uses the latest research to help people better understand their patterns of behavior and create sustainable change.
Kelly Clady-Giramma
Dipl OM, LAc, Chinese Medicine Practitioner, Acupuncturist
Kelly guides guests on their quest to obtain more optimal health and balance. She uses acupuncture, healing foods and herbs, meditation and visualization, positive self-talk, and energy movements such as qigong in her practice.
Heather Giordano
MS, Senior Performance Scientist
Heather works one-on-one with our guests to develop strategic exercise plans that fit their lifestyles and help reduce the rate at which their bodies age. Heather draws upon her training in cardiovascular physiology, exercise physiology, and human nutrition to offer a comprehensive approach to healthy living. As a parent, she understands the time constraints of a busy lifestyle and takes this into account when developing personalized fitness programs for our guests. In her role with our Fitness & Movement team at Canyon Ranch in the Berkshires, Heather strives to help others enjoy physical activity and understand the many benefits of exercise. She specializes in women’s health issues and healthy aging.
Amber Letourneau
RD, BSN, Health & Performance Dietician
Amber provides nutrition education via one-on-one consultations, presentations, or workshops, and informal talks with guests.
Dan Marko
MA, Senior Spiritual Welness Provider
Dan helps guests explore how developing or deepening a spiritual practice can enhance their personal and professional relationships. He provides individual consultations, group lectures, and workshops.
Julien Ardouin
Executive Chef, Lenox
Chef Julien is dedicated to creating exquisite meals for our Lenox guests. His experience in Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris and as the executive chef at highend eateries helps him create luxurious meals with refined flavors and ingredients.
Maggie O’Mara
MS, RD, LND, Nutritionist & Demonstration
Chef Maggie is committed to helping our guests improve their health and vitality through nutrition. She leads how-to classes and demonstrations about planning and preparing creative, delicious meals that enhance your well-being and fuel your health goals.
Rachel Portnoy
Demonstration Chef / Instructor
Chef Rachel leads cooking classes for our guests. Her specialties include bread baking, gluten-free and vegan baking, vegetarian and vegan cooking, low-glycemic meals, and international cuisines.
