What is your cancellation policy?
Our standard policy requires a two-night deposit at the time of booking, fully refundable up to 14 days before arrival; deposit is forfeited with less than 14 days’ notice.
What is your pet policy?
If you’d like to bring your dog, you must make arrangements in advance by calling (888) 239-5149. Canyon Ranch does not permit dogs over 35 pounds, except for service animals.
What is your alcohol policy?
Tucson: Alcohol may be served at special, pre-arranged events for group guests, homeowners, and members. Alcohol is available at the Javalina Cantina located on the flagstone lawn beyond the Clubhouse, on limited days and for limited hours. Alcohol is prohibited from being brought into the Grill, Double U and pool areas. Guests may bring and enjoy alcohol responsibly in the privacy of their rooms.
Lenox: Alcohol is only served at special, pre-arranged events for group guests, homeowners, and members. Guests may bring and enjoy alcohol responsibly in the privacy of their rooms.
Woodside: Beer and Wine is available for purchase by the bottle in the Hideaway Lounge and Hearth Restaurant during lunch and dinner.
Las Vegas: Alcohol is available for purchase at Canyon Ranch Grill™ or Truth & Tonic Café.
Can children stay at Canyon Ranch?
Guests must be at least 14 years old. Additional age restrictions may apply to specific experiences.
Is the resort fee a tip?
No, the resort fee or any portion of it does not represent a tip, gratuity or service charge for wait staff employees, service employees or any other employee at Canyon Ranch.
Should I tip employees at Canyon Ranch?
No, tips are not expected. Canyon Ranch is a No-tipping Resort.
Can I book my services online, or do you do that?

Can I book spa services as a walk-in, or do I need to be a guest?
Walk-in services are available only at Canyon Ranch Las Vegas.
Can I arrive before 3 pm for check-in, and can I stay past noon on check-out day?
Tucson & Lenox: You may arrive at 8 am; your room may not be ready until 3 pm. Pack exercise wear in a carry-on for a quick start. Meet with a Wellness Guide. Lunch is included with early arrival. Check-out is at noon.
Woodside: Staying Thursday? Join us for lunch. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday check-in is at 3pm. Check-out is noon. Once onsite, please inquire about an early check-in and late check-out.

Do you provide transfers for airports and train stations?
We provide complimentary van transportation to and from Tucson International Airport. Email or call (844) 772-8435 with flight details 48 hours in advance. For Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, contact us for options.
We provide van transfers for Albany International Airport, Bradley International Airport, or the Albany train station. Please call (800) 326-7100 or email at least 72 hours in advance with your details.
If you’re flying into Norman Y. Mineta San José International Airport or San Francisco International Airport, please call (855) 277-8877 or email 48 hours in advance for transportation recommendations.
