Join us for a four-day transformative experience in the beautiful and historic landscape of the Berkshires with author, psychologist, and guest expert Jeannie DuBose. Jeannie is returning to Canyon Ranch Lenox to share more insights on how to live your best life at any stage. She will teach guests how to reinvestigate themselves and explore and heal the residue that has landed us from moving forward due to outside and inside voices and sources.

Explore a profound process of self-discovery and realization. Jeannie will guide and invite you to put a mirror up in front of yourself and learn how to check in and ask if and how you are living as your true, authentic self. Leave with a renewed sense of purpose, self-love, and passion for the next chapters of life.

Jeannie DuBose, M.S., is the author and illustrator of the award-winning Tending the Fire: The Story of a Marriage and The Mother Daughter Dance. An experienced facilitator and retreat leader, Jeannie works with a variety of clients, including the Young President’s Organization (YPO), Canyon Ranch, The Haden Institute, The United Way, and a host of women’s groups and faith communities. A graduate of Vanderbilt University, she received a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Georgia State University and a certificate in spiritual formation from Columbia Theological Seminary. Jeannie and her husband raised their three children in Atlanta and currently live in Montreat, NC.
