A long-time practitioner with our Health & Performance team at Canyon Ranch, Kelly works with guests to identify the root causes of health concerns and other imbalances, and encourages them to become fully involved in their own healing process. She specializes in women’s health; weight loss; injuries and inflammation; autoimmune and digestive disorders; exploring the role of emotions in chronic disease and pain; Five Element constitutional diagnosis; and therapeutic qigong.
Kelly finds inspiration in collaborating with her colleagues at Canyon Ranch. She appreciates how our wellness practitioners work together to develop a multi-pronged approach to improve each guest’s wellbeing. And that includes those who aren’t focused on a specific health concern. “The highest form of healing is prevention,” Kelly asserts.
When she’s away from the Ranch, Kelly enjoys spending time outside hiking, biking, practicing qigong, taking long walks along the beach, and forest bathing. Her other loves include calligraphy, art galleries, Hitchcock movies, and singing loudly to ’80s pop music. Fun fact: Kelly worked in the rock and grunge music promotion business in Seattle in the early ’90s. Here, she met Kurt Cobain, Keith Richards, Joan Jett, Robert Plant, and other famous musicians.
