Heather draws upon her training in cardiovascular physiology, exercise physiology, and human nutrition to offer a comprehensive approach to healthy living. As a parent, she understands the time constraints of a busy lifestyle and takes this into account when developing personalized fitness programs for our guests.
In her role with our Fitness & Movement team at Canyon Ranch in the Berkshires, Heather strives to help others enjoy physical activity and understand the many benefits of exercise. She specializes in women’s health issues and healthy aging.
Heather appreciates the importance of a mind-body practice and highly recommends guests try one of the many introspective activities at the Ranch, such as breath work. In her free time, she enjoys golfing and hiking with her family, vacationing at the beach, and watching the sunrise.
