All our dance weekends occur the first weekend of every month in Lenox, Massachusetts. Join us as new and returning guest choreographers bring their specialties to life in a series of unique classes.

Linda Sabatelli
Linda Sabatelli is a veteran of the dance world. Her decades in dance are crowned with several distinctive tenures—including one as an original cast member of 42nd Street on Broadway. A highly regarded performer, choreographer, director, and producer, Sabatelli has worked with icons like Bob Fosse, Gower Champion, Michael Bennett, and Gregory Hines. This award-winning professional counts Tony Awards, Academy Awards, and appearances in numerous feature films on her resume, and brings the gift of lifelong experience and passion for dance. Get ready to move with a legend.

Sergio Cardoso (Canyon Ranch Lenox Fitness Instructor)
Sergio Cardoso is originally from Argentina, where his love for Tango began. He is a Certified Group Exercise, Yoga instructor, and Personal Trainer. His recent dance project Tango Milongas combines music and romantic movement to make this special class unique, easy to follow, and enjoyable.

9:00 am: Broadway Blast With Linda Sabatelli

Feel like a Broadway star with Linda, dancing to the fabulous soundtrack of current Broadway smash hits. With moves like this, no one will rain on your parade!

2:00 pm: Rock & Roll With Linda Sabatelli

Linda rocks out and brings it to the floor with the greatest hits of the ’60s, ’70s, and ’80s. A dance workout that explodes with joy!

9:00 am: Milongas: Tango Dance Party With Sergio Cardoso
Learn the basics of tango, with exercises in balance, coordination, and posture while working on connection, dance floor navigation, tango choreography, and musicality.
