Cavatelli with Broccolinidate: November 2, 2012

8 oz cavatelli pasta
1 lb broccolini
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2½ Tbsp minced garlic
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
4 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- Prepare pasta according to directions.
- In a large sauté pan over medium heat, sauté garlic in olive oil until slightly browned. Add broccolini and sauté until softened. Add pasta, salt, pepper and a few spoonfuls of the pasta water and toss until well mixed.
- Serve 1 cup of pasta and divide broccolini between four servings. Top with 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
