Savory Pecan Granola
7 oz rolled oats
2 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp cumin
10 oz pecans, chopped
6 oz sunflower seeds
3.5 oz flaxseed
1 1/2 tsp salt
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and stir well to combine.
- Spread evenly on a parchment-lined sheet tray and bake in a 300⁰ F
oven for 25 minutes, rotating and stirring halfway through cooking.
- Cool, then transfer to an airtight container.
