7 oz rolled oats
2 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp cumin
10 oz pecans, chopped
6 oz sunflower seeds
3.5 oz flaxseed
1 1/2 tsp salt


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and stir well to combine.
  2. Spread evenly on a parchment-lined sheet tray and bake in a 300⁰ F
    oven for 25 minutes, rotating and stirring halfway through cooking.
  3. Cool, then transfer to an airtight container.

Notes: This delicious, savory granola is rich in energizing fats from nuts and carbohydrates from oats. Enjoy a protein-rich food like Greek yogurt or a hard-boiled egg to make a balanced snack.
