Savory Pecan Granola

Ingredients
- 7 oz rolled oats
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp cumin
- 10 oz pecans, chopped
- 6 oz sunflower seeds
- 3.5 oz flaxseed
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and stir well to combine.
- Spread evenly on a parchment-lined sheet tray and bake in a 300⁰ F
oven for 25 minutes, rotating and stirring halfway through cooking. - Cool, then transfer to an airtight container.
