MS, ACSM-EP, Performance Scientist
Jill is dedicated to improving the long-term health, disease status, and functional ability of her patients through exercise and physical activity.
MS in Clinical Exercise Physiology, Springfield College
BS in Sports and Leisure Management, Eastern Connecticut State University
Certified Exercise Physiologist, American College of Sports Medicine
Prior to joining our team at Canyon Ranch, Jill worked with a variety of people, who had a wide range of fitness levels, through clinical internships in Cardiac Rehabilitation, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, and a Diabetes Exercise Program. Thanks, in part, to this experience, she strongly believes that exercise plans can be tailored to the health status and goals of any individual.
Jill is passionate about developing a personalized approach to meet the needs of every guest she works with. She is also inspired by her Canyon Ranch colleagues. She appreciates learning from others who are experts in their fields – they challenge her to stay up to date on the latest research and motivate her to continue improving in her own area of expertise.
When away from the Ranch, Jill enjoys exploring western Massachusetts with her husband and beloved pit bull, Odie. She loves spending time with her family and being on the basketball court, whether playing a pick-up game or coaching.
