Daniel is dedicated to helping guests meet and exceed performance and fitness goals. He utilizes leading-edge technology in researched-backed exercise assessments for testing and evaluation of an individual’s fitness level. This provides the insight to design personalized exercise plans that also fit the unique lifestyle of each guest—a key to long-lasting transformation.
He joined our Health & Performance team at Canyon Ranch Tucson from Stellantis Automotive Chelsea Proving Grounds in Chelsea, Michigan, where he worked in ergonomics, testing, and development. Other previous positions include graduate assistant at Michigan State University teaching 100 and 200 level exercise physiology classes. And before that, he conducted motorsport research at Ohio Northern University focusing on driver physiological response to environmental factors. While a graduate student, Daniel conducted research in driver science, investigating fitness and physiological motoring.
In his downtime, Daniel can be found training for triathlons, biking, or participating in endurance sports, motorsports, and “almost anything with an engine.” He also loves to travel and go “adventuring" with his Corgi named Archibald.
