Eric leads the Canyon Ranch Tucson Nutrition team to bring the latest research to resort guests and help them achieve their health and wellness potential. He also collaborates with the culinary team across Canyon Ranch destinations to ensure our food is nutritious while also inspiring a well way of life.

Eric has been practicing as a registered dietitian since 2015. He’s worked with a broad range of individuals from elite athletes with the University of Toronto’s men’s varsity basketball team and the Ontario Hockey League’s Oshawa Generals, to people trying to balance fitness goals with work and family.
He provides one-on-one consultations that help resort guests achieve their goals while considering all aspects that make them unique, from their bodies to their lifestyles to their daily schedules.
Alongside the Nutrition team, he delivers presentations about the complex field of nutrition and sorts through misinformation for the advice that will truly enhance guests’ lives. He explains to guests not just what to do, but the why and the how of nutritional wellness.
Outside of work, Eric spends his time keeping up to date on cutting-edge nutritional science, and consulting with various social media channels and media outlets to provide evidence-based information on the latest topics. When he’s not reading, writing, or collaborating with others, he’s usually enjoying high levels of physical activity, such as exploring new areas to run or pushing his limits with resistance training programs.
He’s passionate about transferring his excitement for nutrition onto others and inspiring them to explore new avenues with their food to accomplish their goals. Eric believes nutrition is a fascinating field and finds equipping others with the knowledge they need to reach their potential extremely rewarding.
