Roasted Red Bliss or Yukon Gold Potatoes

A pan of roasted Yukon gold potatoes.

Ingredients

4 med red bliss or Yukon gold potatoes, cut in wedges
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.

  2. In a large bowl, add potatoes, salt, pepper and oil. Spread on baking pan and roast for 30 to 35 minutes.
