Roasted Red Bliss or Yukon Gold Potatoes
4 med red bliss or Yukon gold potatoes, cut in wedges
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Preheat oven to 400F.
In a large bowl, add potatoes, salt, pepper and oil. Spread on baking pan and roast for 30 to 35 minutes.
