Roasted Garlic

Ingredients

1 cup garlic cloves, peeled
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly spray a small baking pan with olive oil.

  2. Arrange garlic cloves on baking pan and cover with aluminum foil. Roast for 15 minutes, or until soft.
