Red Bell Pepper Hummus
1 15-oz can garbanzo beans, drained
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons sesame tahini
1 sm red bell pepper, roasted, peeled and sliced
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp minced fresh garlic
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
