½ cup lime juice

12 each mint leaves

¼ cup simple syrup

2 ¼ cups sparkling water


  1. Place lime juice, simple syrup, and mint leaves into a shaker and shake until combined.
  2. Pour equal portions into 4 serving glasses.
  3. Fill each with ice, then top with sparkling water.
