Ingredients
1 lb frozen lima beans
2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 cup buttermilk
3/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Steam lima beans in a large sauce pan fitted with a steamer basket for 20 minutes, or until tender.
In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mash with a potato masher to a smooth consistency.
