Marinated Asian Pears and Bleu Cheese
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp honey
Pinch sea salt
2 cups Asian pears, cored and sliced (approximately 2 Asian pears)
4 Tbsp bleu cheese, crumbled
In a medium bowl, mix lemon juice, honey and salt until salt is dissolved. Add pears and toss lightly until well combined.
Evenly divide into 4 martini-style glasses. Top each serving with 1 tablespoon bleu cheese.
