Unsure where to start?
2 cups artichoke hearts, canned
1/2 cup cream cheese, low-fat
1/2 cup sour cream
1 oz parmesan cheese, grated
2 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1.5 tsp salt
1.5 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup green chilies, diced
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan, mozzarella, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chilies in a food processor and mix well.
- Add in artichokes and pulse until the artichokes just start to break down. You want to make sure it is still chunky.
- Transfer to a crockpot on high until cheese has melted through. Turn heat down to low and enjoy!
