Artichoke Dip

2 cups artichoke hearts, canned

1/2 cup cream cheese, low-fat

1/2 cup sour cream

1 oz parmesan cheese, grated

2 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded

2 Tbsp lemon juice

1.5 tsp salt

1.5 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup green chilies, diced


  1. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan, mozzarella, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chilies in a food processor and mix well.
  2. Add in artichokes and pulse until the artichokes just start to break down. You want to make sure it is still chunky.
  3. Transfer to a crockpot on high until cheese has melted through. Turn heat down to low and enjoy!
