3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
4 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
4 Tbsp chopped basil
1½ lb lamb chops
- In a small bowl, combine mustard, garlic, vinegar, salt, pepper, olive oil and basil. Mix well.
- Coat lamb chops with mixture and allow to marinate for 1 to 3 hours.
- Preheat grill or broiler.
- Grill or broil lamb chops until cooked through, about 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
