Travel Information: COVID-19 Update
For 40 years, Canyon Ranch has stayed true to our founding mission – putting the health and safety of our guests, colleagues, partners and friends first. As the world faces unprecedented times with the spread of COVID-19, trust that we will continue to operate with compassion and prioritize the well-being of all. Rest assured that we continue to closely monitor the situation regarding this pandemic as it evolves. And although no recent guests or team members are known to have been affected thus far, we are committed to adhering to all the recommended guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and relevant government authorities.
We have an obligation to do our part to help slow the spread of this virus. While there have been no reported cases at Canyon Ranch properties, in accordance with all federal and local guidelines and orders, we are temporarily ceasing operations at all locations as follows:
- Canyon Ranch Tucson is closed until further notice
- Canyon Ranch spa + fitness Las Vegas is closed through May 1
- Canyon Ranch Lenox is closed through May 4
- Canyon Ranch Woodside is closed until further notice
- Canyon Ranch at Sea has ceased cruise ship operations until further notice
Please understand all ‘close through’ dates are subject to extension if determined necessary.
