Arrival & Daily Wellness Checks: All guests and staff members receive temperature checks upon arrival and throughout their stay at The Venetian Resort.

Wear Masks: Staff and guests must wear cloth masks at all times except while eating, swimming, or receiving certain spa services. We ask that you bring masks from home, but can supply a mask if needed.

Distance. Not Distant. Please maintain physical distance of at least 6 feet from others.

Clean Hands: No-touch dispensers are located around the property, so you can wash frequently.

Symptoms? Any guest experiencing symptoms will need to return to their room and call “0” for assistance.

We’ve adapted some services and facilities to encourage social distancing while following all state guidelines for occupancy in public areas.

We clean all gyms and public spaces using products and electrostatic sprayers that meet CDC and EPA standards concerning viruses, bacteria, and other pathogens.

Fitness & Rock Wall: Fitness areas and Rock Climbing Wall are open following all distancing and occupancy guidelines.

Spa & Relaxation Spaces: Relaxation, conservatory lounges, Locker rooms and shower areas are open.

Aquavana is open with the following safety measures in place:

• A mask must be worn when circulating throughout the wet treatment areas.
• Maintain a social distance of 3 feet.

Services: Personal services such as massage, skin care, salon and coaching are available and face masks will be required to the extent they’re practical during these services. Canyon Ranch Grill™and Truth & Tonic are open for sit down dining with reservations or offer to go options. Reserve The Grill or Truth & Tonic on OpenTable before arrival. CR CREĀT™ is open as well for grab and go.
