1 ounce kale  

1/2 cup lite coconut milk  

4 ounces mango  

1/2 cup apple juice  

4 teaspoons lemon juice  

1 teaspoon chia seeds  

2 ounces banana  

1-1/2 scoops plant-based protein powder, vanilla
