INGREDIENTS 

1-1/3 cups rolled oats, raw  

2 bananas, medium-sized  

2-3/4 tablespoons date syrup  

1-1/4 cups yogurt, low-fat  

3 scoops protein powder (Vega Sport Premium, plant-based, vanilla)  

1 tablespoon cinnamon  

1-2/3 cups 2% milk  

3 cups ice  


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and purée until smooth.
