Travel Restrictions: Please check your local state’s website for any updates or restrictions regarding travel outside your state as well as Massachusetts’ latest travel guidelines.
Persons Who Have Been Completely Vaccinated for COVID-19: Individuals who have received two doses of either the Moderna or Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines OR who have received a single dose of the Janssen vaccine, more than 14 days ago and who do not have symptoms, do not need to obtain a negative test prior to traveling to, or quarantine upon arrival to, Massachusetts. COVID-19 vaccinated individuals arriving in Massachusetts must have documentation of their vaccination(s), including the date(s) of administration, available if asked. This exception does not include vaccinated individuals who have symptoms of COVID-19, who must follow all testing and quarantine guidance outlined in the travel rules

Airport Transfers: We continue to offer complimentary transfers to and from the Albany International Airport, Bradley International Airport and the Albany Train Station at reduced capacity to support safety guidelines.
Pre-arrival screening: All guests receive a mandatory pre-arrival guest screening to verify health status and answer any questions.
Arrival & Daily Wellness Checks: All guests and staff members receive temperature checks upon arrival to Canyon Ranch properties, and daily wellness checks that include a no-touch temperature check thereafter.
Wear Masks: Staff and guests must wear cloth masks at all times except while eating, swimming, receiving certain spa services, or while in guest rooms. We ask that you bring masks from home, but can supply a mask if needed. Please note in accordance with state guidelines, cloth masks are also required outdoors at all times, regardless of social distancing.
Distance. Not Distant. Please maintain physical distance of at least 6 feet from others.
Clean Hands: All guests receive hand sanitizer at check-in, and no-touch dispensers are located around the property, so you can wash frequently.
Symptoms? Any guest experiencing symptoms will need to return to their room and call “0” for assistance. The on-property medical staff will help quickly.
FACILITIES & COMMON SPACES
We’ve adapted some services and facilities to encourage social distancing and outdoor experience while following all state guidelines for occupancy in public areas.
We clean all gyms and public spaces (including transportation) using products and electrostatic sprayers that meet CDC and EPA standards concerning viruses, bacteria, and other pathogens.
Gyms & Studios: Fitness areas including our cardio & weight room, dance and yoga studios, Pilates studio, indoor cycling studio, indoor racquetball, squash and basketball courts, indoor tennis and indoor running track are open and we’ve marked floors for safe spacing, rearranged equipment, and adjusted schedules to allow for sanitizing between classes.
Pool & Spa Spaces: Our 75-foot indoor pool, spa spaces and locker rooms are open. Spa wet ares including including whirlpools, sauna, cold dip are closed per State guidelines.
We clean all guest rooms using products and electrostatic sprayers that meet CDC and EPA standards concerning viruses, bacteria, and other pathogens.
Arriving guests receive fresh duvets, housekeepers change gloves after servicing each room, and linens are delivered in single-use, sealed bags. Some in-room services are temporarily unavailable, including turndown, newspaper deliveries, and servicing of rooms with guests present.
We have removed paper items from our guest rooms and extra pillows and blankets are available on request.
SERVICES & PROGRAMMING
Classes & Lectures: Daily scheduled talks, classes, and events will maintain a maximum participant/attendee number. We maintain a robust schedule with a diverse range of activities, levels, and times. The Demo Kitchen Lunch & Learn is temporarily unavailable. View our Daily Schedules for current offerings.
Services: Personal services such as massage, skin care, and salon are available and face masks will be required to the extent they’re practical during these services. We continue to offer a wide array of Canyon Ranch services. View our current Services Menu, and check with your Program Advisor to create and adjust a schedule that works for you.
The Grill is open for dining and Culinary Rebel™ is open for snacks with adjusted hours and set and monitored for safe six-foot distancing in keeping with state occupancy guidelines. Salad bars are temporarily unavailable; salads are served at the table. We offer grab and go meals should you want to eat outdoors or in your guest room.
