Bio
Canyon Ranch’s executive pastry chef and chief pastry officer, April is a Culinary Institute of America-trained pastry chef whose career spans France, Jacques Torres Chocolate, Magnolia Bakery, Blackberry Farm, Blackberry Mountain, and High Hampton. She was named a 2025 James Beard Awards® Semifinalist for Outstanding Pastry Chef or Baker.
