INGREDIENTS  

4 ounces avocado  

3 cups almond milk  

1/4 cup peanut butter  

4 ounces dried dates  

20 ounces strawberries, organic  

1/2 cup hemp seeds  

2 ounces peanut butter powder  


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and purée until smooth. 


NOTES 

If you want to avoid nuts, consider a few of these substitutions: 

  1. Peanut butter → sunflower butter  

  2. Peanut butter powder → whey, pea, or chocho protein powder  

  3. Almond milk → soy, oat, or 2% milk
