Sesame Bok Choy, Peppers, and Edamame

INGREDIENTS
1/4 tsp Garlic, Minced
1/4 tsp Ginger, Minced
1 pinch Red Chili Flakes
1/4 tsp Sesame Oil
1/2 tsp Tamari
1/4 tsp Brown Sugar
1/2 Tbsp Vegetable Stock
1 pinch Salt
1/2 tsp Olive Oil
11 oz Bok Choy, Julienned
5 oz Red Onion, Julienned
6 oz Red Bell Pepper, Julienned
8 oz Edamame
5 oz Snap Peas
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add the minced garlic, minced ginger, red chili flake, sesame oil, tamari, brown sugar, and vegetable stock to a small bowl and mix. Set aside for later.
2. Add the olive oil to a hot wok and add your vegetables. Cook until vegetables have begun to char and are slightly tender.
3. Pour in your stir-fry sauce and mix to combine.
