1 lb chopped pears
3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup red seedless grapes, sliced in half
1 Tbsp chopped walnuts
1 Tbsp raisins
Dressing
1/4 cup nonfat sour cream
2 Tbsp canola oil mayonnaise
1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
2 Tbsp white grape juice
2 Tbsp cane sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for salad dressing and mix well.
In a large bowl, combine pears and lemon juice and mix to coat pear with juice. Add remaining ingredients and salad dressing and mix well.
