INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup Chia Seed Preserves
1/2 Cup PB Yogurt
1/2 oz Granola
3 Raspberries
CHIA SEED PRESERVES
(recipe yields ~ 2 Cups)
1/4 cup Strawberry Preserves
1/4 cup Blueberry Preserves
1 Cup Almond Milk
6 Tbsp Chia Seeds
PEANUT BUTTER YOGURT
(recipe yields ~1-1/2 Cups)
1/4 Cup Peanut Butter Powder
1 Cup Greek Yogurt
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
To Make the Chia Seed Preserves:
2. Place the strawberry and blueberry preserves into a blender with the almond milk and puree until smooth. Pour this into a bowl and add chia seeds. Stir to combine then cover and place into the fridge for 1 hour. Stir occasionally to prevent clumping.
To Make the Peanut Butter Yogurt:
1. In a bowl, add Greek yogurt, peanut butter powder, and maple syrup. Stir to combine.
To Make the Parfait:
1. Using a clear 8oz glass, scoop 1/2 cup of chia seed jam into the bottom of the glass. Next add 1/2 cup of peanut butter yogurt. Top this with granola and fresh raspberries.
