INGREDIENTS

2/3 Cup Butter Lettuce, Chopped

2 Tbsp Mixed Herbs (mint, dill, basil)

1 1/2 Tbsp Blueberries

8 slices Cucumber

4 tsp Corn

2 Tbsp Radish, Julienned

1/2 Tbsp Bleu Cheese, Crumbled

1 pinch Hemp Hearts

1/2 each Avocado, Sliced


INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place lettuce into a large bowl along with the fresh herbs.

2. Add the blueberries, cucumber, corn, and radish. Toss gently to combine.

3. Transfer to the serving bowl and sprinkle hemp hearts and bleu cheese on top.

4. Top salad with sliced avocado.
