8 oz Brussels Sprouts
8 oz Butternut Squash
4 oz Cipollini Onions
1 tsp Coriander Seed, Ground
1 tsp Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Salt
1 pinch Black Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pre-heat oven to 375 °F.
2. Halve the Brussels sprouts and cipollini onions. Dice the butternut squash into cubes.
3. Toss Brussels sprouts and butternut squash with olive oil, slice turkey bacon coriander seed powder, salt & pepper.
4. Roast until caramelized and tender (about 30 minutes).
