Apple Chia Seed Pudding

APPLE CHIA SEED PUDDINGAPPLE CHIA SEED PUDDING

This is such a versatile recipe! Use whatever kind of milk or juice you have on hand or prefer. You can even use brewed tea or cold brew coffee if you like.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Milk, Almond, Plain

1/4 cup Juice, Apple, Org.

1 tsp Extract, Vanilla

1/2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

1/3 cup Seeds, Chia


INSTRUCTIONS

1. Whisk together almond milk, apple juice, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.

2. Add in chia seeds and whisk together (seeds will settle to bottom- every few minutes keep whisking until they start to expand)

3. Place in the refrigerator overnight.

4. Small dice apple to garnish.
