Made with pure açaí and naturally sweet fruits like banana, strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi, it delivers a powerful dose of vitamins, fiber, and immune-supporting phytonutrients. The addition of unsweetened almond milk and creamy coconut yogurt keeps it dairy-free while adding healthy fats for sustained energy. INGREDIENTS
3 1/2 oz Acai Puree, Frozen
1/2 Cup Banana, Sliced
2 Tbsp Strawberries, Sliced
2 Tbsp Blueberries
1/4 Cup Almond Milk, Unsweetened
1/4 Cup Coconut Yogurt
3 tsp Cacao Nibs
1 each Kiwi, Peeled & Sliced
2 Tbsp Mixed Berry Chia Seed Preserves
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place acai into a blender along with banana, strawberries, blueberries, almond milk, and coconut yogurt. Blend until smooth.
2. Split the acai puree between 3 serving bowls, and garnish each bowl with fresh sliced kiwi, mixed berry chia seed preserves, and cacao nibs.
NOTES:
* Frozen fruit works well for the acai puree, but you can also use fresh.
