Tamsen holds a certificate in holistic health coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, serves on the national boards of Let’s Talk Menopause and Best Buddies International, and is a strong voice in the fight against breast cancer, having lost her mother to the disease in 1990.
Tamsen currently lives in New York City and Santa Monica with her husband Ira Bernstein.
