Join Maria Menounos and the Heal Squad for an extraordinary multi-day retreat at the iconic Canyon Ranch, where luxury wellness meets transformational healing. Designed to help you become the CEO of your health. Here you will reset, recharge, and reclaim your health. This immersive experience weaves together movement, expert insights, healing modalities, and connection.
Over the course of three days, guests will experience the very practices and philosophies that have saved, healed and shaped Maria’s own health journey, joined by her naturopathic doctor, Dr. Alison Monette. From brain tumor to pancreas cancer and multiple other diagnosis, Maria has been through it all and come out the other side and she wants to share all of the things that helped her heal and thrive.
Whether you are in the throws of an illness, are burnt out, experiencing fatigue or are trying to focus more on your health, at this retreat you will learn the foundational health practices you need to prevent or help heal illness. You will learn why the sun is our friend not our foe, why you should and will never miss another sunrise again, understand the simple health practices that have helped heal Maria and many of Dr. Alison's patients, and experience activities such as creating a custom scent with BIOS Apothecary. We will do it together and have a lot of fun along the way!
