Meet Our New Chefs
Scott Franqueza, Executive Chef Trained at the Culinary Institute of America — where he met his wife, April — Scott has built his career in some of the nation’s most acclaimed kitchens, including Per Se and Café Boulud in New York City, as well as Benu, Saison, and Coi in San Francisco. April Franqueza, Pastry Chef A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, April honed her craft in Nice, France, mastering traditional French pastries before refining her skills at renowned establishments like Jacques Torres Chocolate and Magnolia Bakery in New York. In 2025, she was named a James Beard Awards® Semifinalist.
