Pinch sea salt
2 cups seeded and cubed watermelon
2 cups seeded and cubed golden watermelon
1/2 cup feta cheese
1 Tbsp chiffonade fresh basil
In small bowl, combine vinegar and salt. Stir until salt dissolves.
In a large bowl, toss watermelon and feta cheese with vinegar mixture.
Top with fresh basil.
