Tuna Salad Wrap
1 can water-packed light tuna, drained, about 6 ounces
2 Tbsp diced red bell pepper
2 Tbsp diced yellow bell pepper
2 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
2 Tbsp diced celery
2 Tbsp canola oil mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
Pinch sea salt
Pinch freshly ground black pepper
4 10-inch whole-wheat tortilla
4 lg lettuce leaves
8 slices tomato
Combine all ingredients for Tuna Salad in a large bowl.
Place ¼ cup of salad into tortilla. Roll burrito style, leaving one end open. Garnish with lettuce leaf and 2 slices tomato.
