Shrimp Cocktail Wrap
1/2 lb cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined and tails removed
1/2 cup peeled and diced cucumber
2 Tbsp diced red onion
1/2 cup diced fresh tomato
1/2 cup chopped Romaine lettuce
5 whole wheat flour tortillas, about 10-inches in diameter
Shrimp Cocktail Sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1 Tbsp prepared horseradish
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 tsp fresh lime juice
In a large bowl, combine shrimp, cucumber, onion, tomato and lettuce.
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for cocktail sauce and mix well. Add sauce to shrimp mixture and mix until combined.
Place tortilla onto flat surface. Place 1/2 cup shrimp and vegetable mixture on each tortilla. Roll tortilla burrito style .
