Ingredients

2 med potatoes, peeled
1 tsp canola oil
1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Lightly coat a baking pan with canola oil spray.

  2. Place potatoes on mandolin and cut into shoestrings. Spray with canola oil (12 second spray equals 1 teaspoon) and season with salt. Place on baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
