Sautéed Spinach with Garlic Olive Oil

Ingredients
2 tsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 lb fresh spinach, washed and torn into large pieces
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
In a large sauté pan, sauté garlic in olive oil over medium-low heat until garlic begins to turn golden brown.
Add spinach and briefly cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
