Sautéed Mustard Greens
1/2 cup thinly sliced onions
1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 lb mustard greens, washed and torn into large pieces
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
In a large sauté pan, sauté onions in olive oil over medium heat until onions begin to turn brown and caramelize, about 5 to 10 minutes.
Add mustard greens and briefly cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper and serve 1/2 cup.
