5 sprigs fresh cilantro
1/3 cup ice
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 tsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp fresh ginger juice
Tip: For ginger juice, grate fresh ginger, including skin, through the medium holes on a box grater. Gather grated ginger in hand and squeeze out juice over a small bowl.
Bruise or muddle cilantro into the bottom of a 12 ounce glass and add ice.
Combine juices. Pour over ice and stir well.
