16 ounces cooked lupini beans  

2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped  

1 cup arugula  

3 ounces cherry tomatoes, sliced  

3 ounces cucumber, diced  

1 teaspoon lemon juice  

2 teaspoons lemon zest  

2 tablespoons olive oil  

2 teaspoons garlic, minced  

3/4 teaspoon salt  

1/2 teaspoon black pepper  


INSTRUCTIONS
