Cranberry and Sage Mocktail

Cranberry and Sage Mocktail.


1/2 cup sage & lemon simple syrup

1 cup cranberry juice cocktail

1.5 cups sparkling water

8 each fresh sage leaves

1 oz lemon wedge


  1. Pour simple syrup, cranberry juice cocktail, and sparkling water into a pitcher and stir to mix.

  2. Fill four serving glasses with ice, then place two sage leaves in each glass. Pour the pitcher's contents into glasses, then garnish each glass with a lemon wedge.

For sage & lemon simple syrup:

  1. Place 5 Tbsp of water in a pot with 5 Tbsp of evaporated cane sugar, add 1 fresh sage leaf, 1/2 tsp of lemon juice, and 1/2 tsp of lemon zest.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook until evaporated cane sugar has dissolved.
  3. Pour into a shallow container and cool in the fridge. Strain when cooled.
