Broccolini with Garlic & Olive Oil
1 1/2 lb fresh broccolini
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- In a large sauté pan over medium heat, sauté broccolini and garlic in olive oil until broccolini is crisp and tender. Season with salt and pepper.
