Canyon Ranch Bloody Mary Mocktail.

3/4 tsp celery seed, ground

1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning

1/8 tsp black pepper

1 1/2 tsp horseradish

2 1/2 tsp white vinegar

1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

1 1/4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 cups + 2 Tbsp Tomato Juice

You can buy jarred/prepared horseradish at your local grocery store. But, if you want to kick it up a notch, find fresh horseradish root. You’ll need to wash it well and peel off the outer skin, then use your favorite Microplane (a fine grating tool used on everything from citrus zest to parmesan cheese or freshly grated nutmeg) and grate it fresh.

  1. Add everything into a blender and puree until combined.
  2. Serve over ice.

Canyon Ranch Mocktails are designed with purposeful ingredients that inspire a healthful refreshment. Our mocksologists use locally sourced and sustainable ingredients that create a versatile blend of flavors and colorful surprises. Virtually anything can be added to a mocktail, including flowers, mint leaves, exotic fruit, honey, coconut, and even jalapenos find their way into a mix these days, the perfect complement during sunset at Canyon Ranch!

Mockologist's Note: A bloody mary isn't just a "cure" for hangovers, sans alcohol, it's a very healthy drink containing electrolytes, sodium, potassium, and vitamin C, and tomatoes which are high in antioxidants.
