This service pinpoints exactly what your body needs to stay balanced, energized, and at your best. Part I (50 minutes) – Work with a performance scientist in a dynamic session that includes: • 15 minutes in a dry sauna, • 15 minutes on a stationary bike at moderate effort in a 95-degree heated room. Part II (50 minutes) – Meet with a nutritionist to review your results and receive a personalized hydration plan.
