The therapist guides you into a deeply relaxed, internally focused state in which you are more open to suggestion. The session includes mental relaxation, visual imagery, and suggestions for healthy transformation. Hypnosis is primarily used to help you imagine new desired behaviors or ways of being. Guests are welcomed to record their session for future reference.
