INGREDIENTS  

1-1/2 tablespoons tahini  

2 ounces avocado  

1/2 cup spinach  

1-1/4 teaspoons garlic, minced  

1-1/2 tablespoons lemon juice  

1/2 teaspoon salt  

1 tablespoon parsley, chopped  

4 ounces zucchini  

1/4 cup water  

1 tablespoon nutritional yeast  

1/2 teaspoon cumin  

1/4 cup coconut milk yogurt  


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and purée until smooth. You can add more water as needed to adjust to your desired consistency.
